How do I know if I'm eligible for a Worry-Free Advance?
As long as you are a customer in good standing, you're eligible for a Worry-Free Advance. Should you lose your job after taking out a Worry-Free Advance, you must notify us of job loss within the current advance period and provide proof of job loss.
Where is the Worry-Free Advance offered?
The Worry-Free Advance is offered at all National Cash Advance locations in the US.
It is not available for online advances.
How can I prove I lost my job?
Provide one of the following: a copy of your application to the state unemployment office or a letter or other document from your employer stating your job loss.
What happens after I prove my job loss?
Once you let us know of your job loss, you can either pay the principal amount owed and we'll waive the fees, or if available in your state, we'll qualify you for an extended payment plan.
May I reapply for another advance after the Worry-Free Advance?
Yes. Just provide proof of income to reapply for an advance.
May I use the Worry-Free Advance more than once?
Yes. As long as you have an advance in good standing and provide proof of job loss, you may be eligible for another Worry-Free Advance.
Is the Worry-Free Advance offered online?
No. It's only available at National Cash Advance locations.
